I beg to differ with alot of your articles that push click throughs and affliate programs like there some new breed to gain income ($$$). The new tools are like going from the old vinyl record to the MP3 CD. Just a bunch of tweeks bells and whistles with glitter added. I say this because mose affiliate programs compete with one and the other. I am the copyrighted owner of a web based "MALL" known as Websters Quick-Click Mall. When affiliate programs were new and big items. I had 350 stores in my virtual click Mall. That is until Macy's did not like that Target had items cheaper though the same like beauty products and told me out right they were ending there program with me, just one of thousands of examples because I carried over 40,000 products no joking. The idea that I was definetly getting clicks and not getting paid hit me just as fast as my counters showed me with tracking of my own through Bravenet. At this point it was "Trust" broken that affiliate groups like Link Exchange, Commission Junction, Nexchange, Art Today, and Link Share were dishonest in paying out for the hits that accrued. Then came the "Big Dot Com" bubble bust. Nearly everyone who had a start up Dot Com went out of business. So why trust a new tooled program that will only be of old greed and dishonest?
