Google Wave came out this week. It is a real time communication platform that combines email, instant messaging, wikis, chat, and social networking all in one convenient place. It is a pretty cool program. To be able to test out Google Wave you have to get an invite, much like when Gmail first came out.

 

If you were not fortunate enough to get an invite for Google Wave don’t worry you still have hope. Google Wave Invites lets people sign up and request an invite. It matches people that have invites to share with the people that need them. It’s a simple process, then you just wait and hope for an invite to come your way.

 

The other option for getting a Google Wave invite is to check eBay. The invites are slowly making their way to the auction site.I guess it would depend on how bad you wanted the invite if you are willing to pay for one.
