The Twitter media team has posted on their blog that the company plans to launch a new feature. Tomorrow, users of the service can make use of this new element that is called “Embeddable Tweets”. This is good news for those who use a blog for their Internet marketing. Anytime someone wanted to add certain tweets to their blog, the tweets had to be either captured in a screenshot and posted, or simply typed in as a quote so it could be added to a post. This can take up a lot of time, especially if you wanted to use multiple tweets in a post.

Twitter feels that a screenshot image of a tweet pasted into a blog post or on a web site is a bit of a hack. Embeddable tweets are an alternative to copy and paste. Twitter’s new feature will allow visitors to a blog or web site to be able to follow or learn a little more about those who have their tweets quoted.

Embeddable tweets will consist of a very simple piece of code that will help people to make HTML tweets instead of having to use screen grabs to add this information to their website or blog. This will make it easy to add multiple quotes to posts, and the text will be much easier to read and understand as a result.

Since the information network known as Twitter is so huge, transmitting many millions of messages every day, whether you are publishing a web site, introducing a new product, or producing a video, there will more than likely be thousands of tweets that will have something to do with whatever you are talking about.

Of course, you will want to filter or curate the tweets, so be creative and do incorporate only the tweets that are the very best ones about your chosen subject. You can broadcast tweets as they are released, tweets from a certain geographical area, or find tweets that relate to the subject you are writing an article about.
