You also need to know what to do in order to get more targeted traffic without the extra expenditures. Also, the information Google’s offering is just an estimate. Does that mean it isn’t useful? Of course not! Just don’t mistake it for a crystal ball.
I’ve always wondered about this issue of finding out the most cost-efficient bid. It’s quite overwhelming for newbies such as myself, so I guess the bid simulator is one way of tackling this.
