		<description>First, you probably don&#039;t want to use a lot of HTML.  Plain text and ugly is the way to do it.  Something with a lot of HTML will not make it through most spam filters.  I know you&#039;d like it to look nice, but your best bet is just information in plain text. 
Beyond that, just make it informative.  People will read and subscribe if you have something that interests them.
