Google AdSense has recently announced that it is joining in the Haiti Relief project. Google recently incorporated a feature that allows the participants of the program to actually donate the earnings that they make to the individuals in Haiti who are still suffering as a result of the massive earthquake that recently affected the region. An individual that works for Google by the name of Elizabeth Ferdon stated:

“We’re currently accepting donations from AdSense publishers with an unpaid account balance through January 31, 2010,”

If you are interested in sharing a percentage of your earnings, you simply go to the “Payment History” page and identify the account balance that you have that is not unpaid. The earnings that you received in the month of January will be posting soon. Until those payments are received, you can always visit the “Advanced Reports” section of the Google AdSense account profile in order to determine your estimated earnings. Once the payments post, you may elect to donate a percentage of the earnings, or all of the earnings that you receive – the choice is yours. If you elect to donate any of your earnings, a group called “Partners in Health” will receive the money and those that are in need of medical assistance will receive it.
