Those who depend on blog marketing to increase traffic to their websites and affiliate programs are starting to wonder how Google’s real time search feature will affect them. This is a very important consideration. I mean numerous social networking websites will be integrated into live search results in order for Google to deliver the most relevant and up to date content. Popular networks that bloggers often use in their marketing endeavors such as MySpace, Facebook, and even Twitter will have search results within the live search feature. The question, though, is how will it affect blog marketers?

Well, the good news is that it is likely more of the content that you produce will be seen by a larger audience. As a blog marketer, you will want to focus a lot of your efforts on social networking websites to ensure that you get optimal exposure. The bad news is, the live search option by Google will target the most up to date content. This ultimately means that you will need to produce content on a regular basis, and in order to be distinguished from other blog marketers, you will need to produce a lot of different content.

In addition to this, as a blog marketer, you will need to focus a lot more effort in tagging the blogs that you produce and creating headlines associated with the content. If you do this, your published blogs will ultimately have a “viral” appeal to them in search engines and will likely live a bit longer in the live search results. In order to ensure that your blogs have a long life, the best thing to do is to encourage interaction among your readers. I mean, do you have time to produce larger amounts of content? I know my time is limited. Instead, if you want to stay “live” get your readers to talking! Feel free to share the way that you get readers to talking on your blogs here.
