In recent news, it seems that Google is in the midst of some potential legal issues with Germany. The website which focuses on shopping that is owned by the popular Microsoft Corporation called Ciao recently filed a complaint against Google. The main issue is that Microsoft seems to have an issue with the way in which Google AdSense handles the monetary transactions related to the earnings of the account at Ciao. Well, this certainly is not the first time that someone or a business has had this type of complaint against Google.

Microsoft is urging a special agency that is referred to as “Federal Cartel Office” force Google to reveal the manner in which it officially ranks search results related to the news. This request comes at the core of the belief that indicates that Microsoft feels as if Google is abusing the fact that they possess the highest level of dominance when it comes to the advertising market. The concern, overall, is that Google actually works behind the scenes in order to promote certain businesses so that those businesses are able to receive more page views.

The question, really, is with all these inquiries and legal issues going on with Germany and Google regarding the AdSense program; will it affect the earnings of the participants? At this point, it is truly hard to say. I am doubtful that Google will be forced to release figures and facts associated with their AdSense program. At this point, we will just need to wait and see what happens. What are your thoughts on this situation? Do you feel that this could affect Google AdSense earnings?
