According to Google’s latest video content scrapers can actually help you out. You heard that right. When someone steals your content and posts it on their site it can help you if you have links in thecontent leading back to your site.
You might want to reconsider cracking down on the scraper if they left your links intact, unless the scraper is ranking higher than you in the search results. Then you can take the steps to have the content removed from the scraper’s site.
